How long it takes

Ghostwritten books are measured in months, not weeks. The proposal sets a schedule with milestones; the length of the book and how quickly interviews and feedback happen are the biggest factors.

Confidentiality, rights and credit

The agreement covers confidentiality, copyright (yours), credit, the number of interviews and revision rounds, and the payment milestones. We don't claim authorship or disclose that we worked on your book without your permission.

Price

Ghostwriting is always quoted as a written proposal after the discovery call, with payment split into milestones. The price depends mainly on length, research and the number of interviews.

Will the book sound like me?

That's the purpose of the interviews and the sample chapter: we agree the voice before drafting the rest.

Who owns the copyright?

You do. The agreement transfers the rights in the manuscript to you on final payment.
