This page explains how this website handles the information you share with us.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or quote request we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, project information and any files you choose to attach. To prevent spam we also store a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, prepare quotes and deliver the services you ask for. We only use a WhatsApp number to reply about your enquiry and never send automated messages.

Newsletter

Sending an enquiry never subscribes you to marketing emails. If you tick the separate newsletter box or sign up, we send a confirmation email first, and you're only added once you click the link. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Emails are sent through our email provider, Brevo.

Files you upload

Attachments are stored privately and are only accessible to our team when signed in to the admin area.

Cookies and measurement

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We count anonymous events, such as which book-journey stage was chosen, without storing personal data or anything you type into a form.
