Our approach
The cover is minimal: the title in widely spaced capitals with “Quiet” picked out in a soft rose, a short subtitle, and a fine line drawing of a figure with a lantern on a hillside.
The interior uses a muted rose and neutral palette across several page types: a coloured part opener (“Part I: Presence”) with a compass illustration, a chapter opening with a large chapter number and drop cap, a “Guiding Practice” page that breaks an exercise into Pause, Reflect and Act with an affirmation, a “Reflection Check-In” with numbered questions and ruled lines, a journaling prompt, and a full-page quote set in script.
